Meet Our Dentists & Dental Staff
Dr. Majlinda Vaka, D.M.D.
Dr. Majlinda (Linda) Vaka has been practicing dentistry
for over 15 years. She is an Albanian-born dentist who ran a successful practice in Albania and now in the United States. Through hard work and dedication, Dr.Linda was able to fulfill her dreams of becoming a practicing dentist in the United States. She graduated from University of Pennsylvania as a DMD.
Dr. Linda stays knowledgeable of cutting-edge dental technologies and techniques through activity in the Massachusetts
Dental Society. She is also a member of several other prestigious dental organizations such as the American Dental Association and the North Shore District Dental Society.
Dr. A. Lee Friedman, D.M.D.
Dr. A. Lee Friedman was born and raised in England and attended the University of Cambridge for undergraduate studies. He moved to the United States in 1980 and attended the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, then completed a general practice residency at Brockton/West Roxbury V.A. Medical Center.
Dr. Friedman practiced family dentistry in Exeter, NH before starting his practice in Newburyport in December 1987.
Dr. Friedman and his wife live in Greenland, NH where they raised two children. Out of the office, they enjoy outdoor activities including hiking, kayaking and skiing.
Sarah, Dental Hygienist
Sarah received her Bachelor of Science degree at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences; Forsyth Dental Hygiene program in May 2004. She received her local anesthesia certificate from Middlesex Community College in June 2006.
Sarah has worked with at this office since February 2005. She enjoys working in our friendly, professional environment and providing high quality care.
Sarah spends her free time with family and enjoys reading, walking and traveling.
Stephanie, Dental Hygienist
Stephanie graduated with a Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene from Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene at MCPHS University. She is also licensed and educated in administering safe and effective local anesthesia.
Stephanie enjoys helping her patients get motivated to improve their oral health through the education she provides. Stephanie strives for her patients to feel comfortable and be well informed about their own individual dental health, ensuring any questions or concerns are addressed.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family, craft projects, and hiking.
Erin, Front Desk
Erin works at our front desk and has been here since April 2013. Erin is the first person who greets you when you come into the office and will help you schedule your next appointment when you leave. Erin strives to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere within the office to all of our wonderful patients. Erin lives in Salisbury with her husband, two children and two dogs. Erin spends most of her spare time watching her children play football, basketball and softball. Erin also enjoys walking, yoga and vacationing with friends and family.
